Go Ministries 

At Westgate, our desire is not to create a culture of faithfully-attended service projects.  Our desire is to create a culture where service becomes a lifestyle. Although we serve often as a church family, our prayer is that we will serve daily as the people of God. 

As a church we believe that it is important that each person in our community of faith join us in a deep commitment to pursue a lifestyle of service towards others – not to grow a church but to become more like Jesus.

There are three aspects to our Go ministry: Sending out, Sharing the Gospel, and Serving our World.

Sending

We believe the people of God are not called to sit quietly and wait, but to go out into the world to share the good news of the Gospel.
 

Sharing

We hope to stir a great passion within our church family to boldly proclaim the good news of the Gospel with others around them.
 

Serving

We know that actions can often speak louder than words, so we hope our church family goes out into the world to serve with God’s resources through our time, talents, and treasures.
